It's Easier was formed to answer a growing demand to throw away the instruction manual. Because in business, people dont have time to read, and that even assumes that they even know where the manual is! It's easier becomes that manual, with answers to your common questions about everything IT. From product advice to how to create a table in your Word Processor, that's what we're here for.

We also offer a full remote support and repair service to deal with any faults, errors or performance issues that you may be experiencing. One phone call is generally all that is required as our team will log on and sort out your problem, leaving you to get on with your day.

Our no-flow system also ditches the dreaded flow chart for diagnostics in favour of someone who knows what they're talking about .

We work with small and medium business' right across the Country and have provided support to Local Governement Authorities.

All of our Staff are, or are working towards at least CCNA and are well versed in all of the standard Microsoft® applications and bang up to date with the latest versions and operating systems
